I have always loved words – the sounds and symbols that create meaning. I am fascinated by how they not only reflect and change the world around us, but also have the power to make people feel and act. Even the smallest change in language can alter meaning in significant ways. I love how every word matters.
From writing stories as a child, to studying literature, teaching language, and studying linguistics, words have always been and will always be the waters I swim in.
My work in academia demands thorough research and the ability to break down and communicate complex information. In my linguistics research, I have focused on how identity is communicated via language. I bring this knowledge and these skills to my copywriting.
I enjoy bringing my expertise, experience, and passion for language to collaborations with mission driven businesses, organisations, and individuals who are looking for identity, clear messaging, and emotion in their content.
